Yulianus Soni Kurniawan, SH., MH. is the Managing Partner of ASTA Law Firm and an Indonesian-qualified advocate with a strong focus on litigation and dispute resolution. He has been in active legal practice since 2016, representing domestic and international clients in a wide range of contentious matters before all levels of the Indonesian courts, including the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia. 

He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Gajah Mada University and Master of Laws from Jayabaya Univesity. Mr. Kurniawan is a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and advises clients on Indonesian procedural law, regulatory compliance, and litigation strategy, with particular attention to managing legal risk and achieving commercially sound outcomes. 

In addition to his practice, Mr. Kurniawan is a published legal commentator whose work appears in leading Indonesia legal and public policy platforms. His writings address legal certainty, judicial reform, and systemic issues within Indonesia's justice system, reinforcing his role as both a trusted legal adviser and a contributor to the broader legal and business community.
